The Recruitment Specialist is critical to achieving this focus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social services or related field.
  • Demonstrated public relations skills.
  • Two years' work experience in social services with youth and families.
  • Sensitive and responsive to the cultural differences in Omni Visions' service population.
  • Prior experience in social services or an advanced degree in social work or related human services field.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, decision making, and public speaking skills.
  • Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit foster families and assist with the certification and licensing process for foster families.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Omni Visions.
  • Comply with all Omni Visions policies and procedures, OSHA, CMS, HIPPA, local, state, and federal regulations.
