Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficient computer skills, with one year of prior experience using the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee contract employees at various client sites.
  • Spearhead recruitment efforts for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
  • Exercise independent judgment and strong interview skills to match candidates with suitable placements.
  • Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up.
  • Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees.
  • Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Foster strong community relationships through active engagement, strategic networking, job fairs, and meaningful client interactions.
  • Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personal matters.
  • Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients.

  • Pay: $45,000 plus commission.
  • Flexible work options available post 30 days of training.
