About The Position

CenExel is a leading nationwide clinical research site and patient network serving the life sciences industry, specializing in CNS and early phase studies. Its 18 Centers of Excellence provide medical and scientific support in the design and execution of clinical trials, leveraging world-class PIs, advanced patient engagement strategies, premium data analytics, and integrated operations. The company was recently acquired by BayPine Capital Partners. The Recruitment Specialist I is responsible for recruiting patients over the phone and assisting with recruitment programs to increase referrals of participants for various clinical research trials, working under moderate supervision.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma.
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Must be able to perform detail-oriented work and follow up on assignments.
Must reflect the professional image of the company, upholding the company vision in actions, demeanor, and appearance.

Responsibilities

Maintains a professional relationship with potential study participants.
Performs the initial telephone screening of patients.
Manages a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
Schedules screening appointments in Clinical Conductor.
Makes reminder phone calls as needed.
Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies.
