About The Position

The Campus Recruitment team is instrumental to getting the best and brightest individuals into the firm. As a Recruitment Program Specialist, you will work alongside the Recruitment and Marketing teams to attract top talent into our early engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a student facing role such as campus recruitment, career services, partnership marketing, field marketing or event planning
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and knowledge of marketing / recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Hubspot, Canva, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, Gem, etc
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable with public speaking and engaging with candidates, colleagues, and external partners
  • Eager to understand how campus recruiting impacts the broader business and excited about shaping early talent pipelines
  • Ability to travel as required for campus events
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute early talent engagement initiatives, including in-person and virtual events at universities and in-office, playing a front-facing role with our highest priority audience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, marketers, and business stakeholders to ensure our initiatives effectively reach and resonate with top talent
  • Manage logistics for events, including external partner management, communications, and operational execution
  • Create marketing assets using templates and collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to develop new content
  • Track and measure impact of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Participate in ideation sessions and propose creative approaches to meaningfully engage with our target audience
