Recruitment Marketing / Social Media Consultant (Freelance/Remote)
About The Position
We are seeking a consultant/freelancer with demonstrated success in promoting job opportunities and improving candidate flow through social media and digital channels. This is a contract-based, flexible engagement focused on results and visibility, not simply content posting. Primary Objective: Increase qualified applicant volume and improve reach/engagement for active job postings. (Plumbing Industry) Scope of Support May Include: • Advertising and promoting job openings across social and digital platforms • Developing targeted strategies to increase candidate engagement • Optimizing job post visibility and response rates • Advising on messaging, targeting, and channel selection • Monitoring performance and recommending adjustments
Requirements
- Proven success promoting job postings or recruitment campaigns in hard to fill areas
- Experience with paid and/or organic social strategies
- Ability to explain past results or examples of impact
- Self-directed, responsive, and results-oriented

- Familiarity with hiring, recruiting, or workforce marketing preferred
