Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made. Our Recruitment Team are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join them. You will be joining our growing US business, where we currently have offices in; Houston, Chicago, Charlotte and New York. Our global recruitment team are highly respected within their areas, partnering closely with the business across a range of sourcing methods and skillsets. Not only that, but it's also a collaborative team who pride themselves on providing an excellent candidate experience and journey.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced recruiter, having worked ideally in both an in-house and agency setting.
  • You will have experience attracting candidates through a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to; search, headhunting, referrals and direct applications.
  • You will have experience working with executive level candidates and experienced hires.
  • If you have worked within professional services this is advantageous but not essential.
  • You will have taken the lead on additive recruitment projects; from DE&I, to employer branding and wider topics.
  • You will be a key champion in the candidate experience journey, looking to maintain a high standard of interaction and feedback.
  • You will have strong stakeholder management skills, being able to set expectations and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • You will be a personable, team player- eager to collaborate and share knowledge across a global team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the timely recruitment of experienced hires and Partners into our US business.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure all information (across the ATS, any trackers or systems) is kept up to date and relevant, ensuring all candidate records are kept in a uniform and compliant manner.
  • Manage the 360 recruitment lifecycle, from taking a detailed brief, advertising, headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and other methods, conducting thorough candidate screening calls, leading regular review meetings with hiring managers and providing a value-add service to candidates and hiring managers through to onboarding.
  • Ensure that compliance and data integrity standards are met, ensuring that all information relating to personal information, interview and offer processes, is treated in a safe, appropriate and timely manner.
  • Lead on delivering monthly, quarterly, annual review meetings with BU Leads, Sector COOs and Sector Leads for your BUs on recruitment activity.
  • Work closely and collaborate with other People Teams, including Payroll & Reward, International Mobility, HR and Learning & Development.
  • Work with the wider team and business to ensure that we are offering a consistent Baringa service, overlaid with local nuances, relevant to that country.
