About The Position

At America’s Home Health Services, we’re passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care across multiple service lines—including Home Care, Home Health, and ODP services. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to help us build and lead a best-in-class recruiting function. We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and develop a team of recruiters supporting hiring efforts primarily across Pennsylvania, with additional support for a sister company in Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and understands the unique challenges of home care recruitment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in home care recruitment management
  • Strong leadership experience managing recruiting teams
  • Deep understanding of healthcare staffing challenges and strategies
  • Ability to manage high-volume, multi-state recruiting operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for building teams that make a difference in people’s lives

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on high-volume healthcare hiring
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for Home Care, Home Health, ODP, and additional service lines
  • Partner with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, retention, and candidate experience
  • Support recruitment efforts for both Pennsylvania operations and a sister company in Massachusetts
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and healthcare regulations
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple markets
