About The Position

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking an experienced enthusiastic Recruiting Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts to build a high-performing, metrics driven, diverse workforce. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, driving candidate engagement, and collaborating with department heads to meet the company's hiring goals. You will lead by example, motivate the recruitment team, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company’s growth objectives and values.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading recruitment teams and hitting targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • 5-8 years of recruiting experience to include 2-3 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
  • Proven experience managing and developing recruiting teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Prefer Bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead and mentor the recruitment team in maintaining high performance.
  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the firm’s goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to build a pipeline of top talent for hard to fill positions.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on hiring needs and candidate selection.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations
  • Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) as well as optimizing processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time to fill.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and increase diversity in talent pools.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and the firm’s policies.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software to streamline the recruitment processes.
  • Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract high quality candidates.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90.000 (Depending on experience)
