The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling Lucid's recruiting team. This role oversees recruiter performance, workflow efficiency, candidate experience, and talent strategy. You will be hands-on in daily operations while also driving long-term recruiting strategy, training, and performance management. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong staffing and people-management background who thrives in a fast-growing environment and knows how to drive accountability, performance, and culture at scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years healthcare staffing/recruiting experience
- 3+ years in a leadership or team-lead role preferred
- Deep understanding of travel staffing, compliance, licensing, and credentialing
- Proficient with ATS platforms and recruiting technology
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and execution-oriented
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare recruiters
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance and KPI expectations
- Coach recruiters on sourcing, screening, closing, and candidate management
- Conduct performance reviews, one-on-ones, and development planning
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency, quality, and support
- Optimize recruiter workflows, ATS utilization, and compliance handoffs
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill, submission ratios, fill rates, extension rates, and candidate satisfaction
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with Operations & Compliance to ensure seamless onboarding
- Help hire and onboard new recruiters as Lucid continues to grow
- Build standardized training, onboarding, and recruiter playbooks
- Support leadership in long-term headcount planning and team structure
