The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling Lucid's recruiting team. This role oversees recruiter performance, workflow efficiency, candidate experience, and talent strategy. You will be hands-on in daily operations while also driving long-term recruiting strategy, training, and performance management. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong staffing and people-management background who thrives in a fast-growing environment and knows how to drive accountability, performance, and culture at scale.
