This is a hybrid role that combines high-volume home care recruitment, recruiter supervision, and HR oversight of compliance, employee relations. This position leads full-cycle hiring for IOA's Home Care division, provides direct supervision and support to home care recruiters, and collaborates with HR and operations teams on workforce planning, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and employee engagement. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter with a background in Home Care who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and balances tactical execution with strategic thinking.
