About The Position

As a Recruitment Intern at Harnham, you will be introduced to the foundations of recruitment within one of our specialist Data & Analytics teams. This internship is designed for students entering their final year of study, providing structured exposure to recruitment operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Phoenix office.

Responsibilities

Support consultants by preparing candidate and company lists using Bullhorn and LinkedIn.
Maintain accurate data and records within Bullhorn to improve search quality.
Assist in creating and maintaining hotlists of candidates for active roles.
Conduct research on companies, industries, and market trends to support business development.
Help prepare and deliver outreach campaigns through SourceWhale under consultant supervision.
Collaborate with other interns on structured projects such as lead generation or candidate mapping.
Gain insight into the full recruitment process through structured training and shadowing.
Develop understanding of candidate sourcing, database management, and sales support.
Build familiarity with core recruitment systems, including Bullhorn, SourceWhale, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Observe consultant calls to understand communication techniques and recruitment delivery.
Participate in regular check-ins and feedback sessions to review progress and performance.
