About The Position

The Recruitment Events Manager at Azusa Pacific University is responsible for creating and planning engaging events aimed at driving new student enrollment. This role involves leading a student-worker events team and managing all recruitment events, both on-campus and virtual, for undergraduate admissions. The manager will coordinate multiple events weekly, ensuring they are relevant and impactful for prospective students and families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create and plan dynamic events to drive new student enrollment.
• Lead the student-worker events team and the ambassador program.
• Coordinate an average of 3-4 recruitment events weekly.
• Raise awareness and interest in the university through events.
• Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders for event collaboration.
• Monitor event attendance and provide weekly reports to the executive director.
• Maintain accurate records of all event-related expenditures.
• Work closely with marketing to promote events effectively.
• Ensure all publicized event information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in managing academic-specific recruiting events.
• Hire, train, and supervise the student events team and ambassadors.
• Manage the Slate Events module and train staff on its use.
• Approve timecards and reimbursements for the student-worker team.
