Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One year of experience in higher education, student services, recruitment, or advising
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities independently
  • Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools preferred
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with students, faculty, and staff
  • Up to 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Flexibility will be required for occasional evening or weekend events.

  • Experience with graduate business programs or recruitment
  • Knowledge of course registration, enrollment reporting, and onboarding processes
  • Comfort presenting at information sessions or events

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective students to discuss program options, admissions requirements, and program benefits.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding MBA, Analytics programs, and certificates.
  • Provide guidance on program sequencing, course options, and scheduling logistics for prospective and newly admitted students.
  • Plan, schedule, and present during in-person and virtual information sessions.
  • Track attendance, follow up with participants, and assist with conversion to enrollment.
  • Support recruitment events, executive speaker series, and new student orientations.
  • Assist newly admitted students through orientation and first-semester registration.
  • Code students appropriately in student systems and coordinate with advisors and the registrar to resolve registration issues.
  • Ensure students understand program milestones, deadlines, and academic requirements.
  • Monitor new student course enrollments
  • Prepare enrollment outlook updates and reports for leadership
  • Assist with classroom space planning and course capacity management
  • Generate combined bachelor’s to master’s (4 +1) student reports and monitor and communicate with students in the pipeline
