Job Summary We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in St. Pete, FL The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role on the Talent Acquisition Team and is responsible for coordination, administrative activities, and assisting with projects related to Jabil’s talent acquisition processes. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and other functions to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a talent acquisition or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, such as, Workday
  • Proficiency with Concur or a similar expense management tool
  • Ability to work cross functionally effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and needs

Responsibilities

  • Schedule all candidate interviews, including arranging air travel, hotel, and car when applicable
  • Greet all incoming applicants and escort them to interview where applicable
  • Process expense reports for candidate travel
  • Post job openings to various job boards and social media platforms
  • Assist with immigration processes and documentation for candidates who require work authorization
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting on multiple requisitions during expansions, as needed
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with any other administrative tasks and projects as needed
