We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing team by keeping recruiting operations running smoothly—from scheduling and candidate experience to job postings, pipeline hygiene, and onboarding coordination. This is a great role for someone who is organized, people-first, and excited to grow in Talent/People Ops. You’ll report to our Senior Recruiter and work a hybrid schedule out of our Walnut Creek office. Due to the nature of this role—including time-sensitive tasks, occasional last-minute errands, extended in-office collaboration, and periodic physical setups—regular onsite availability at the designated office location is required. Because of this we will be prioritizing candidates that live near the City of Walnut Creek.
