A fast-growing FinTech business is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent team in hiring exceptional people across Technology, Product, Risk, Operations, and Commercial teams. Requirements

  • Experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Assistant, or similar HR support role (in-house or agency); experience in FinTech, financial services, or tech scale-ups is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume scheduling and multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace/MS Office, Slack/Teams).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate data and documentation.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent change while remaining calm, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Understanding of data privacy and right-to-work requirements in the US; familiarity with regulated environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview processes, including scheduling, rescheduling, and managing all candidate communication across multiple time zones.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and timely experience from application through to offer.
  • Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and maintain up-to-date interview plans and timelines.
  • Manage job postings across the careers site, job boards, social channels, and internal platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and data within the ATS, ensuring all information is captured, structured, and compliant with data privacy requirements.
  • Prepare interview packs, scorecards, and feedback templates to support structured, fair, and consistent assessment.
  • Track and report basic recruitment metrics (e.g. pipeline status, time-to-interview, time-to-offer) to support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Assist with offer processes and pre-employment checks, coordinating with HR, Compliance, and IT to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Support employer brand and early careers initiatives (e.g. careers events, university partnerships, online campaigns) as required.
  • Continuously look for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the recruitment workflow.
