• Identify, attract, and qualify candidates to match the needs of clients.
• Oversee the recruitment process for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing their expectations.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry sector (Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or Energy).
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster a network of opportunities.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
