About The Position
Phaidon International is seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Life Sciences to join our dynamic team in Chicago. As a professional services organization, we partner with a diverse range of businesses, from Fortune 500 companies to innovative start-ups, to fill their mission-critical roles with the right talent. You will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless process management and purposeful delivery. Your work will directly support Life Sciences professionals who are making a difference in the world, whether by helping a leading biotech company meet its talent requirements or collaborating with a research and development firm on multi-hire projects aimed at creating new treatments.
