The purpose of the Recruitment & Retention Specialist is to work closely with Chief People Officer and the Staffing & People Relations Manager to develop strategies to recruit and retain employees that support our goal of being the best place to work. The incumbent will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention of our workforce. The incumbent in this position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Human Resources Department.
