About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and highly influential leader to architect and lead the transformation of our global recruiting processes. This is a strategic role focused on building and leading our Recruiting process design program. Your primary mission will be to bring alignment, consistency, and optimization to how we operate, creating a unified framework for a complex, global organization. You are a business architect and master facilitator responsible for partnering with our global Recruiting organization to define, and continuously improve its processes. You will collaborate deeply with our Recruiting Technology teams, but your focus is on designing the recruiting operating model that technology will then enable. This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives on bringing order to chaos and building governance frameworks that last.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with recruiting in operations, process excellence, business architecture, or large-scale program management.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation (100k+ employees preferred).
  • Direct, hands-on experience building a Recruiting Center of Excellence (COE) or similar governance program.
  • Expert-level facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Deep expertise in business process architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to define problems and report on program success.
  • Working knowledge of global recruiting compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading a recruiting organization's transition from in-house developed products to enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or other complex operational domains outside of HR.
  • Natural ability to foster trust and build strong, collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the global Recruiting organization to define and continuously improve its processes.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Technology teams to design the recruiting operating model.
  • Lead the transformation of global recruiting processes.
  • Build and lead the Recruiting process design program.
  • Create a unified framework for a complex, global organization.
