About The Position
The Panaro Group LLC is a national talent acquisition consulting firm specializing in technology, engineering, manufacturing, and construction. Our boutique firm delivers a complete Recruiting Center of Excellence to our clients in an RPO format. We are THE recruiting professionals! As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will be an optimistic lead, mentor, guide, and support a recruiting team including Recruiting Consultants, Sourcers, and Recruiting Assistants in an accountable culture. Work directly with our clients and candidates, contributing to the overall success of our recruiting projects. Represent our clients and attract top talent for their positions. Update and maintain internal reports, client ATS, and databases as they pertain to our recruiting service. Most importantly, you'll ensure that every client and candidate is responded to swiftly and kept up to date. You will have direct influence and an impactful presence.
