Abnormal is scaling rapidly, and the infrastructure that powers our recruiting engine must scale with it. We are seeking a Recruiting Systems & Operations Partner to strengthen and evolve the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that enable high-quality hiring across the business. This role will help lead our ATS migration, improve operational workflows, strengthen reporting and data integrity, and introduce automation and AI-enabled capabilities that increase recruiter productivity and operational efficiency. This role operates at the intersection of recruiting operations, systems architecture, and emerging AI-enabled workflows. You will partner closely with Recruiting, People Tech, IT, and internal AI teams to design durable systems and intelligent workflows that support hiring at scale.
