About The Position

At WaterBridge Operating, LLC, we’re committed to hiring qualified candidates for our team. We are seeking a Recruiting Supervisor responsible for overseeing all recruiting and onboarding efforts across the company, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring across all functions. This role leads and develops the recruiting team, manages full-cycle recruiting processes, and partners closely with leaders to meet workforce needs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive candidate experience. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: The following represents most of the duties performed by the position but is not meant to be all-inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. Employees are expected to comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules and standards, as well as corporate policies. As a Recruiting Supervisor, key responsibilities include: Oversee and manage full cycle recruiting for corporate and field-based roles Supervise, coach, and support recruiting staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback Delegate recruiting tasks while maintaining accountability, quality, and consistency Monitor recruiting progress, workloads, and timelines to meet hiring goals Lead and participate in full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities Conduct candidate interviews and support selection decisions Research and source candidates to expand the qualified applicant pool Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process for both candidates and hiring teams Draft and manage recruiting communications, including job postings, candidate emails, and offer and rejection letters Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide guidance throughout the interview process Lead and facilitate weekly recruiting meetings to ensure alignment and hiring priorities Provide weekly recruiting reports to hiring managers Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug testing, and onboarding support Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws Maintain accurate, organized recruiting records, candidate databases, and reports Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows Support workforce planning initiatives and other HR projects as assigned Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising recruiting staff Experience recruiting for both corporate and field-based roles Strong working knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes Experience with ATS systems (Workday Recruiting preferred) Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Experience in Oil & Gas or similar operational environments preferred Working Conditions/Environment: Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising recruiting staff
  • Experience recruiting for both corporate and field-based roles
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Experience with ATS systems (Workday Recruiting preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
