Child Focus is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support Early Learning in finding highly qualified candidates to join our team. We are looking for an energetic team player to undertake hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and participating in orientation. The Recruiting Specialist will create a positive experience when connecting with potential candidates online and offline. They will be responsible for screening applications and supporting hiring managers. The specialist will serve as the go-between for candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiting Specialist must possess, strong interpersonal skills, high level of initiative and ability to connect well with others. The specialist will also be required to have organizational skills, good written and verbal communications, and the ability to problem solve independently.
