About The Position

Vivo Energy is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Recruiting Specialist to support their growth in providing sustainable energy solutions. This role involves both remote and in-person responsibilities, focusing on fulfilling recruiting needs by collaborating with regional managers and managing the recruitment process effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
• Ability to communicate at a high level on the phone, over Zoom, and face-to-face in screening new applicants
• Ability to work efficiently from home and in-person
• Responsible, reliable, and honest

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of recruiting experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Working with and communicating directly with Regional managers to fulfill recruiting needs and expectations
• Keeping up to date job postings for assigned areas on recruiting platforms
• Processing resumes for new applicants daily
• Phone screening new applicants
• Scheduling interviews for market managers
• Expected to make 100+ calls per day
• Schedule callbacks
