Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish speaking Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment efforts for our newest office in Summerfield, FL. As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing our caregiver team by developing creative local recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You’ll actively engage with candidates through our applicant tracking system, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and schedule orientation for new hires. Collaborating closely with our local branch team, you’ll ensure we’re aligned on staffing needs and keep everyone updated on applicant progress.
