About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Contracted Recruiting Sourcing Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who excels at proactively engaging passive candidates and building strong talent pipelines. Candidates should live locally to our Support Center in Tampa, FL. Focused but not limited to veterinarians, leadership, practice managers, veterinary technicians. Utilizes various sourcing techniques to identify Conducts proactive searches to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Will primarily interface with talent acquisition and business leaders Engages with potential candidates to introduce them to career opportunities at BluePearl Pet Hospital and establish a positive rapport. Screens candidates through initial interviews to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for available positions. Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and the candidate relationship management system (CRM) to track sourcing activities and candidate interactions. Generates reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, relevant field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of strategic talent sourcing preferably in an agency setting and/or the healthcare industry
• Proven track record for proactive outreach and converting passive talent
• Applicants must possess unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card.
