  • Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through and CRM discipline.
  • Comfortable facilitating group conversations and engaging advisor teams.
  • An excellent communicator with strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Source experienced (EXP) and inexperienced (IXP) advisor candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking groups, and referrals.
  • Conduct 30–60 minute Fit Calls to assess alignment, potential, and advisor path.
  • Lead firm overview and deep‑dive value‑proposition conversations.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments (DISC/Working Genius), practice exploration meetings, and cross‑functional conversations.
  • Guide candidates through compensation discussions, due‑diligence steps, and offer preparation.
  • Partner with leadership to support offer negotiation and onboarding readiness.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and ensure a white‑glove candidate experience.
  • Facilitate client segmentation (A/B/C/D)sessions with advisors and teams.
  • Help advisors identify capacity issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for support.
  • Assist teams in determining when associate‑advisor talent may be beneficial.
  • Convert segmentation outcomes into actionable insights and next steps.
  • Support internal partners with light practice‑management tools (service tier templates, capacity checklists, segmentation worksheets).

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package included.
  • You’ll be joining a collaborative, high‑performance and recruiting team where your work directly impacts firm growth, advisor success, and our long‑term strategic trajectory.
  • This role offers autonomy, variety, visibility, and significant upward mobility.
