About The Position

The Recruiting Partner is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong recruiting & sourcing skills, and the ability to manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers effectively. The Recruiting Partner will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and proactively develop strategies to find the best talent in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment software (ATS/CRM), and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Utilize data to aid in storytelling when consulting with hiring managers and organization leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and keep candidates informed about their application status.
  • Seek and expand relationships with underrepresented pools of talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and performance to management.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the healthcare industry and recruitment practices.
  • Conduct market research to understand salary benchmarks, job market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
