Someone who treats recruiting like a sport. You’ll help build the teams that build Rilla — partnering directly with leadership to find and close top performers for our GTM org (Sales, Customer Success, and Operations). This isn’t an HR role. It’s an operator position for people who love moving fast, owning outcomes, and obsessing over results.
