Recruiting Operations Specialist - Global

Crisp RecruitAtlanta, GA

About The Position

Do you dream in workflows, spreadsheets, and recruiter pipelines? Can you manage backend recruiting operations with precision while supporting a fast-moving, client-facing experience? Do you build trackers, maintain clean systems, and ensure every record is complete, every deadline is hit, and nothing falls through the cracks? Final question: When faced with a complex challenge, do you get excited or run away? At Crisp, we’re on a mission to help 10,000 law firms each grow their revenue by $10,000,000 over the next 10 years, creating a $10 billion impact in the legal industry. We operate with the intensity of a championship team where every player is expected to bring their best, own their outcomes, and drive results. We’re hiring a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support, maintain, and improve the operational engine behind our Crisp Recruit client service offering. This person will play a critical hands-on role in keeping our systems, workflows, and client deliverables running accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll work across Salesforce, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related systems to manage hiring workflows, enforce data integrity, eliminate inefficiencies, and create visibility for recruiters, candidates, and clients alike. This is not about simply tracking applicants. It is about supporting talent delivery across dozens of roles, multiple recruiting pods, and an expanding book of clients with consistency and operational excellence. Who You Are: You are a high-ownership, self-starting operator who thrives behind the scenes while driving visible results across recruiting operations, systems, and client delivery. You do not wait around for perfect instructions. You take initiative, stay organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are autonomous, highly accountable, and reliably available during business hours. You are highly contactable, follow through consistently, and can be trusted to keep workflows moving, records accurate, and deliverables on track. You are a critical thinker who solves real company problems, not just tasks. You understand how to work well with different personalities, navigate cross-functional teams, and help keep people aligned to established workflows so processes do not break. You think like a technical project coordinator or specialist, but you are also a people person. You know how to work cross-functionally, earn trust, and raise the bar through consistency and execution. You build and improve systems, workflows, and processes that simplify operations, reduce manual entry and human error, and support scalability. You also understand client account management and what it takes to help drive and complete deliverables owed to clients with speed, polish, and consistency. Make no mistake, this is a complex, technical, hands-on specialist role, not a coordinator role built around simple task-taking. Candidates who can leverage AI, automation, and systems thinking in service of scalability, with real-world examples, move to the front of the line.
