We’re hiring a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support, maintain, and improve the operational engine behind our Crisp Recruit client service offering. This person will play a critical hands-on role in keeping our systems, workflows, and client deliverables running accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll work across Salesforce, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related systems to manage hiring workflows, enforce data integrity, eliminate inefficiencies, and create visibility for recruiters, candidates, and clients alike. This is not about simply tracking applicants. It is about supporting talent delivery across dozens of roles, multiple recruiting pods, and an expanding book of clients with consistency and operational excellence.
