About The Position
We're looking for an individual who is equally passionate about people and operations. Co-Founders Kareem and Varun want recruiting at Clay to feel like magic. Help us maintain a high hiring bar, ensure recruiting runs smoothly, and provide an exceptional candidate experience to anyone who steps through Clay's doors. As our first operations hire dedicated to recruiting, you'll shape our hiring function - building systems and processes to support hiring 100 people this year, training and certifying 30+ employees interviewers, and ensuring everything runs effortlessly. You'll be expected to do whatever is needed to help the team achieve their goals, including occasionally recruiting candidates yourself.
