About The Position

The Senior Recruiting Operations Coordinator is a part-time role that supports New York City recruiting operations. This role is scoped at 20-25 hours/week. This is a time bound role and that is funded through August 31, 2026.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in recruiting, admissions, human resources, or non-profit operations.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Google workspace, and relevant technology platforms
  • Availability to work some evening hours, up to 6 days per month depending on business need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with first-generation and/or Pell-eligible college students

Responsibilities

  • Review candidate applications and verify eligibility documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, reporting, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Support enrollment operations by tracking applicant progress and ensuring data integrity throughout the admissions process.
  • Facilitate weekly group interviews using Zoom, Calendly, Whiteboard, and related tools.
  • Evaluate candidate performance against a standardized rubric.
  • Document detailed interview notes and submit timely recommendations to support selection decisions.
  • Partner with the Director of Recruiting on ad hoc projects that improve operations and enrollment outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at partnership events, engaging prospective candidates and supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that strengthen recruiting processes and candidate experience.
