As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead and support a small team of recruiters while managing full-cycle searches for high-priority roles. You’ll balance people leadership helping your team deliver great results while directly owning requisitions yourself. This role is ideal for someone who has grown beyond an individual contributor recruiter role, wants to develop their leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll report to the VP of People & Talent and collaborate closely with business leaders to scale Hadrian’s hiring efforts.
