About The Position
The Recruiting Manager for Research Staff Services (RSS) at Harvard University is responsible for developing and managing recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates for researcher roles. This position involves collaborating with faculty, managing the requisition process, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process. The role also includes maintaining a pipeline of candidates, managing recruitment metrics, and supporting the overall research staff management at Harvard Business School (HBS).
