As a Recruiting Manager your responsibilities will include business development, candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, generating leads, and meeting business development goals. You will develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full-time placement solutions, participating in local trade association and networking events, and maintaining relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and referrals. You will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying potential IT candidates, interviewing them to assess their skills and work history, and ensuring exceptional customer service for both clients and candidates.
