About The Position

As a Recruiting Manager your responsibilities will include business development, candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, generating leads, and meeting business development goals. You will develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full-time placement solutions, participating in local trade association and networking events, and maintaining relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and referrals. You will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying potential IT candidates, interviewing them to assess their skills and work history, and ensuring exceptional customer service for both clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' of business to business development experience and/or working in an IT related field is preferred.
  • Strong desire to build a career in business development using proven closing skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships.
  • Combination of business development and account management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of success and competitive, self-motivated individual.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full-time placement solutions.
  • Source, screen, and qualify potential IT candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, and internal database.
  • Interview prospective IT candidates via phone/in-person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements.
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and IT professionals.
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads and market intelligence to enhance new client development efforts.
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
