  • Design and execute comprehensive technical recruiting strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance development
  • Lead, set clear guidelines, coach and develop a team of recruiters
  • Develop and optimize recruiting processes, including candidate experience, interview methodologies, and assessment techniques
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving talent needs and skill requirements
  • Implement data-driven recruiting metrics and analytics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
  • Develop employer branding strategies to position the company as a top destination for technical talent
  • Manage recruiting technology stack and explore innovative sourcing and assessment tools
  • 5+ years of Product and/or Ops Recruiting experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a recruiting management role
  • Proven track record of recruiting for complex technical roles in Operations and Product
  • Experience managing and developing recruiting teams
  • Deep understanding of technical job markets, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth technology companies
  • Demonstrated success in scaling recruiting teams
  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies and ATS systems (GH, Gem)
