The Role The Recruiting Lead will be a key member of Oliver Wyman’s Experienced Hire Recruiting team, partnering closely with Partners, Practice Leaders, Human Capital, and Americas leadership to attract and hire top-tier lateral Partner talent across the region. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and intellectually demanding environment, and who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role reports directly to the Americas Head of Experienced Hire Recruitment. As a Recruiting Lead, you will: Own full-cycle recruitment for Partner roles across multiple practices (e.g., Banking & Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, Customer Innovation & Growth, Mergers & Acquisitions). Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing market insights, strategic guidance, and data-driven recommendations on talent. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and uphold Oliver Wyman’s employer brand in the market.
