About The Position

The Sr. Recruiting Manager will be responsible for maintaining personal production while leading a team of recruiters to meet branch and company goals. Requirements

5+ years in staffing industry recruiting, including 2+ years in a leadership position
Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and ATS management skills
Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team
Deep understanding of the local talent market and recruiting best practices

Responsibilities

Source, qualify, and place candidates
Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs
Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and negotiate pay rates
Manage candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding and redeployment
Maintain accurate records in Edge (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruiting policies
Drive team performance aligned with branch goals
Conduct team meetings and monitor recruiting capacity
Partner with leadership to allocate resources and resolve performance issues
Lead redeployment efforts and ensure adherence to recruiting processes
Observe recruiter performance and provide coaching
Identify development needs and create growth opportunities
Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment
Stay current with industry trends and continuously build relevant skills
