Job Summary: The Recruiting Lead manages and enhances the companys talent acquisition/recruiting process. They design and implement recruiting strategies, supervise recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and ensure hiring goals are met. Supervisory Responsibilities (If not applicable, please write N/A): The Recruiting Lead oversees hiring, drives recruitment strategy, and leads recruiting teams. Duties/Responsibilities: Model best - in - class recruiting behaviors, maintain high productivity standards, and cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence that inspires the team to consistently perform at peak levels. Generate detailed recruitment reports, analyze hiring trends, track performance metrics, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations for process optimization and strategic decision - making. Create comprehensive, scalable recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals, continuously refining strategies based on market trends, business needs, and talent availability. Provide guidance, feedback, and structured leadership to recruiters, fostering professional growth while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and service-level expectations. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing requirements, understand role-specific competencies, and deliver effective, timely hiring solutions that support workforce planning. Develop and enhance employer brand initiatives that strengthen market perception, increase candidate engagement, and position the organization as an employer of choice. Oversee every step of the hiring processfrom intake to onboardingensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, efficient workflows, and strong alignment with compliance standards. Craft clear, accurate, and compelling job descriptions that reflect essential duties, qualifications, and competencies, regularly revising them in collaboration with hiring managers to meet evolving organizational needs. Leverage diverse sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and passive talent outreach, to build robust candidate pipelines across multiple role types. Develop and maintain long - term candidate pools for critical and recurring positions, ensuring readiness for rapid hiring demands and improved workforce continuity. Adhere strictly to federal, state, and local employment regulations, ensuring all recruitment activities follow EEO, OFCCP, and organizational policies while mitigating legal and operational risk. Effectively utilize and maintain our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Constantly ensuring the system reflects the status of vacancies and associated candidate journeys. Utilizing talent pools for future vacancies. Proactively approach the HR Operations Manager for areas of improvement. Additional duties as assigned.
