About The Position
The Recruiting Lead will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team - driving talent acquisition strategies that support our mission. This role is responsible for managing and executing the full-cycle recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an equitable, inclusive, and values-aligned candidate experience.
