Job DetailsJob Location: Houston, TX 77092 Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Coordinate interview logistics, communications, and feedback collection Support onboarding handoff to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee Maintain accurate recruiting data, tracking, and documentation in HR systems Support employer branding efforts, including job postings and recruiting materials Employee Engagement and Events Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives, appreciation efforts, and internal events in office, hybrid, and virtual Support company wide events such as team gatherings, celebrations, onboarding sessions, and culture initiatives Partner with People Ops, Marketing, and office leaders to ensure events align with company culture and values Manage event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, communications, and budgets as applicable Assist with engagement tools and programs that promote recognition, connection, and employee experience Collaboration and Human Resources Support Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates and employees regarding recruiting and engagement activities Collaborate with the People Operations team on projects related to onboarding, culture, and employee experience Support continuous improvement of recruiting and engagement processes QualificationsRequired
