At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Recruiting Enablement & Operations Lead at Vanta, you'll transform how our recruiting team learns, works, and scales. You'll design and implement the programs, systems, and training that make our recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers more effective at bringing exceptional talent to Vanta. This role sits within the Recruiting Operations team, reporting to the Sr Manager, Recruiting Operations. You'll own the end-to-end enablement strategy, building training infrastructure, maintaining documentation, and creating automation that drives consistency and operational excellence across our global hiring lifecycle. You'll combine structured program management with a talent for simplifying complexity into clear, actionable guidance.

  • Build lightweight workflows and templates yourself when possible, Ashby automations, email templates, intake forms, and more
  • Measure and communicate the impact of automation efforts on efficiency, adoption rates, and user satisfaction
  • Partner closely with the Recruiting Operations team, People Business Partners, People Ops, and Employee Experience to ensure processes are consistent, compliant, and well-supported across functions
