About The Position

We are looking for innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinators who will work very collaboratively with our new client to attract and hire top talent throughout multiple regions in the US. They identify as being extremely detail oriented and thriving in an environment with many moving parts and fast paced requisitions. These recruiting coordinator positions are hourly, assignment based, flex positions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high volume number of applicants. For example, must be comfortable screening 10+ applicants each day.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Self motivated and passionate about talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level.

Responsibilities

  • Screen a high volume number of candidates and proactively schedule hiring manager interviews (8-10 each day)
  • Track and monitor confidential candidate information.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS and data tracking is up to date.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement).
  • Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
