We have a large SAAS client who is looking for a hybrid, contract recruiting coordinator. You will be required to come into the office in Atlanta three days a week. This contract is for a minimum of six months, with the potential to be extended.

  • Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week, ensuring efficient use of hiring managers' time and providing a smooth candidate experience.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews (if applicable) using tools such as G Suite, Greenhouse, and Calendly.
  • Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate resumes, and other relevant materials to interviewers.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Two+ years of recruiting coordinator experience
  • Able to come into the Atlanta office roughly three days a week.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with programs such as Greenhouse
  • Able to schedule 100 interviews a week
