About The Position

Human Capital is a venture firm dedicated to empowering builders of technology. We invest in and build teams alongside founders driven to create meaningful, long-term impact, including SpaceX, Commure, Snowflake, and xAI. With more than $2B in capital committed, our stage-agnostic portfolio includes many companies we invested in before they became unicorns. Now we’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help write our next chapter. THE ROLE We’re looking for individuals who have a knack for attention to detail, organization, and coordination but are driven to have an outsized impact. Our Recruiting Coordinators will own candidate experience from end-to-end. You will handle everything from scheduling interviews to improving the programs, processes, and systems that lay at the foundation of Talent Operations. This person will partner closely with our embedded talent teams and portfolio companies as they build out their talent systems from the ground up. The right candidate will thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, all while being maniacally obsessed with candidate experience. Requirements

  • Previous experience scheduling or coordinating meetings or interviews, even as part of as part of a broader role
  • Demonstrated growth and rapid learning
  • Experience thriving in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Own the candidate experience throughout their journey with our Portfolio Companies and internally at Human Capital
  • Partner closely with our embedded talent teams (Operating Partners, Senior Principals, and Principals) to move candidates efficiently through our Portfolio Companies interview processes
  • Schedule candidate interviews and handle any type of candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner
  • Improve and refine internal processes, systems, and our general approach related to candidate experience
  • Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes, as well as those of our Portfolio Companies
