About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with a team of recruiters in a dynamic recruiting environment. This role is crucial in managing recruiting activities and establishing strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. The ideal candidate will be an organizational expert, able to work effectively with both internal and external clients and candidates. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
