Recruiting Coordinators are recognized as experts in organization and adaptability, who are dedicated to ensuring all candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Tesla. This position supports scheduling a high volume of interviews for a variety of business units across North America and facilitating onsite candidates at Tesla's sites in Palo Alto. The most successful Coordinators are those who can efficiently navigate last-minute changes and a high volume of requests, while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience to all partners and candidates.

  • Play a crucial role within a fast-paced Recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
  • Manage complex scheduling and facilities requirements, as well as booking candidate travel.
  • Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other recruiting coordinators, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, exceptional customer service, and high-quality work.
  • Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvements and other projects that benefit the broader Coordination team.
  • Ensure data integrity by consistently updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including entering NDA documentation and relevant interview details.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments.
  • Proven experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced, start-up type atmosphere, or in a similar professional coordination role.
  • Understanding of applicant tracking or CRM-type systems.
