Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a People Operations, Human Resources, or administrative coordination role.
  • A solid understanding of HR and recruiting best practices.
  • Strong situational adaptability in both written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (experience with Rippling is a plus!).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a scaling environment.
  • Strong partnership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proven track record of creating a culture in which employees can grow and develop.

Responsibilities

  • Owning interview scheduling, candidate communications after the initial screen, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene.
  • Coordinating all interview logistics, preparing offer letters, and assisting with onboarding preparation in partnership with the People Ops Partners (POPs).
  • Serving as a key partner to the Recruiting Lead on all scheduling and logistical matters.
  • Assisting with People Ops events such as offsites, engagement surveys, and other culture-building initiatives.
  • Helping to build a high-quality, values-aligned candidate experience that serves as a strategic extension of our culture.
