About The Position

We're looking for a great Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while supporting our recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. You will coordinate interviews, manage communication with candidates, and contribute to improving our hiring operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth process for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering inquiries throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and hiring progress.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various job boards and platforms.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring processes.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, interview preparation resources, and follow-ups.
  • Support recruiting events, including career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist with background checks, offer letters, and onboarding processes as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline scheduling and hiring operations.
